Poly-V Drive Belt
The 'Blocked' error is caused by the accumulation of EPDM rubber particulate on the optical encoder disc and sensor lens. This debris is shed from the drive belt when it misaligns and rubs against the pulley flange or housing during high-torque intervals. Replacing the belt with a correctly tensioned unit prevents the generation of the opaque dust that obstructs the optical path.
