Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Assembly
The lithium-ion battery pack's internal Battery Management System (BMS) has entered a hard lockout state. This occurs when the cell chemistry degrades to a point where internal resistance is too high, or the voltage has dropped below the safety threshold, causing the BMS to permanently interrupt the circuit to prevent fire risk. Replacing the entire assembly is required as the BMS logic is integrated with the cells and cannot be safely reset once a hardware fault is flagged.
