NTC Temperature Sensor Probe
The ITC-310T-B utilizes a 10k NTC thermistor to provide feedback to the MCU; if this probe develops a resistance offset from moisture or physical damage, the reported temperature may never satisfy the 'Setpoint' requirement. Because the firmware logic strictly gates the timer start until the measured temperature (PV) equals the set temperature (SV), a skewed sensor prevents the countdown from initiating. Replacing the probe restores accurate resistance-to-temperature mapping, allowing the logic gate to trigger.
