The pilot and main jets in this model have extremely small apertures that easily become restricted by fuel varnish or debris. This restriction creates a lean air-fuel mixture that lacks the energy density to maintain the target RPM under load, forcing the electronic governor to perpetually over-correct, resulting in the surging/hunting cycle.

This motor translates electrical signals from the inverter into mechanical movement of the throttle plate. Under load, combustion chamber pressures increase, requiring higher voltage to bridge the spark gap.
