Evolution 2.0 Control Module

The Evolution 2.0 controller houses the integrated Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) and the AC sensing logic. Internal failure of the opto-isolators or the voltage-sensing circuit prevents the unit from 'seeing' the generated voltage, even if the stator is producing power, leading to a 1902 safety shutdown.

Control Wire Harness Connector Kit

Mechanical failure of the plastic locking tabs on the sensing line pins (specifically wires 11S and 44S) can cause the pins to push out of the connector housing. This creates an open circuit in the feedback loop, resulting in the controller reporting 0V and triggering an undervoltage alarm.

Generator Brush Assembly

The brushes maintain electrical contact with the rotating slip rings to provide DC excitation to the rotor. If the brushes are misaligned, glazed, or worn beyond their service limit, the rotor's magnetic field collapses or weakens, causing a genuine drop in AC output voltage that triggers the 1902 error.
