Ceramic Fuse (20 Amp)
This is the primary sacrificial safety component for the appliance. A momentary short circuit, often caused by the timing of the door interlock switches or a power surge, will blow this fuse to prevent fire. Once blown, the entire circuit is broken, leading to a completely dead display and zero user interface responsiveness.

Main Electronic Control Board
The control board contains a step-down transformer that converts line voltage to low-voltage DC for the display logic. If the fuse is functional but the display remains dark, the transformer or a filter capacitor on this board has likely failed, preventing the logic circuits from initializing the VFD or LCD screen.

Thermal Cut-Out (TCO)
Designed to protect the unit from overheating (especially critical for units mounted above a cooktop), this thermostat will open the circuit if it detects temperatures exceeding its rated threshold. If this component fails in the 'open' position, it will cut all power to the control board exactly like a blown fuse.
