LED Light Module (Ceiling)

This is the primary module in the DC series circuit. Thermal fatigue of the surface-mounted LEDs or failure of the on-board capacitor increases circuit resistance, which causes a voltage drop that dims all other connected boards. Replacing this module usually restores the correct current flow to the entire lighting string.

LED Light Module (Freezer)

Positioned in a high-moisture environment, this module frequently suffers from oxidation on the PCB traces. A partial failure here acts as a bottleneck for the electrical current, resulting in dim light output in both the freezer and the upper refrigerator compartments due to the shared low-voltage power supply.

Main Power Control Board

If individual LED modules are verified to be intact, the failure may lie in the DC output stage of the main control board. A degrading filter capacitor or faulty voltage regulator on the board can fail to provide the consistent 12V-14V DC required to drive the LED arrays at full luminosity.
