Hot Water Tank Assembly

The hot water system relies on a sealed reservoir featuring an internal immersion heating element and integrated thermal limit switches. Failure occurs when the resistive element reaches an open-loop state through fatigue or when the safety thermal fuse triggers to prevent a thermal runaway event. These components are hard-wired and sealed within the tank assembly to meet UL safety standards for pressurized hot water, making the tank the primary serviceable component for heating failures.

Dispenser Control Board

The dispenser control board manages the power relay that energizes the hot water heater. While less common than tank failure, a mechanical relay failure on this PCB will prevent the 120V signal from reaching the heater, resulting in a 'Not Heating' condition despite a functional heater element.
