Thermal Fuse
The thermal fuse is a non-resettable safety component located near the heating element. It is designed to physically break the electrical circuit if the kettle reaches a critical temperature threshold, such as during a dry-boil event or if the control relay sticks. Once the internal pellet or wire melts, the kettle will no longer receive power to the heating circuit, resulting in a total 'Power' failure symptom.
