The battery pack is the primary energy reservoir for the system; once the cells fall below a specific voltage threshold, the Protection Circuit Module (PCM) permanently opens to prevent thermal instability. This leads to a 'no-power' state where the robot cannot boot even when docked. Replacing the electrochemical cells restores the voltage potential required for the mainboard to initialize.

Omni Station Charging Contact Assembly

Frequent docking cycles cause mechanical wear and oxidation on the spring-loaded pins. This creates high contact resistance, which prevents the DC current from the Omni station from reaching the robot's internal charging circuit. If the station cannot detect the robot's presence through these pins, it will not initiate the charging handshake, leading to a depleted battery and a 'dead' unit.

Main Control PCB Assembly

The mainboard houses the CPU and PMIC responsible for all system logic and power distribution. A failure in the PMIC prevents the transition between battery power and external charging power. Additionally, because this model utilizes moisture for mopping, internal humidity can lead to trace corrosion or short circuits on the logic board, resulting in a total lack of operation.
