LineIQ Trimmer Head Assembly
The LineIQ system uses a closed-loop feedback mechanism consisting of a line-length sensor and an integrated feeder motor. Failure occurs when the internal drive gears are jammed by fine particulate ingress or the sensor's optical window becomes permanently pitted and obscured by high-velocity debris. Since the internal electronics and motor are sealed and non-serviceable, the entire head assembly must be replaced to restore the automated feeding functionality.
