Handle Pivot Actuator Assembly
The handle rotation is governed by internal locking pins controlled by cable linkages. If these cables stretch or the internal plastic guides fracture, the pins fail to fully retract from the indexing hub, effectively locking the handle in place. Replacing the pivot assembly or handle unit restores the mechanical synchronization required to clear the radial locking teeth.
