Genuine BRP MAP/TMAP Sensor

The P0107 code indicates the ECM is receiving a signal voltage below the minimum threshold (typically <0.5V), which occurs when the sensor's internal diaphragm or circuitry fails. Replacing the sensor restores the 5V reference-to-signal return logic, allowing the ECM to accurately calculate the air-fuel ratio. OEM components are specified because the BRP engine management system is highly sensitive to the signal impedance of the pressure transducer.

Dielectric Grease (Connector Sealant)

Environmental contamination and moisture ingress at the sensor connector frequently cause terminal fretting and signal degradation. Applying dielectric grease during sensor replacement prevents oxidation of the pins, ensuring a stable low-resistance path for the millivolt-sensitive MAP signal.

Intake Manifold O-Ring/Gasket Kit

While P0107 is primarily electrical, physical vacuum leaks near the sensor port can occasionally disrupt the pressure readings and contribute to erratic sensor behavior.
