Front Wheel Assembly
The auditory clicking is a mechanical manifestation of bearing cage deformation or contaminant-induced galling within the wheel’s internal swivel raceway. Ingress of fine particulates into the non-serviceable hub assembly compromises the thin-film lubrication, leading to erratic rolling resistance and stick-slip friction. As the internal components encounter these obstructions, they generate a rhythmic click that propagates through the reinforced plastic housing during rotation. Replacing the assembly is the only viable resolution as the unit is factory-sealed to maintain suspension tension and cannot be manually purged of debris.
