Grinder Impeller (Grind Fan)
The impeller is responsible for the centrifugal ejection of ground coffee from the burr chamber into the dosing chute. Over time, coffee oils and micro-fines create a compacted residue that wears down the plastic vanes of the impeller, reducing its ability to clear the chamber. This leads to a feedback loop where coffee accumulates and compacts until the grind path is entirely obstructed, regardless of the motor's rotational force.
