High-Temperature Silicone O-Ring Service Kit

The steam boiler utilizes silicone O-rings (typically #007) to seal the water level probes and PTFE heat exchange lines; over time, these seals suffer from thermal hardening and compression set. When the seal fails, pressurized steam escapes into the internal chassis, manifesting as a visible leak or audible hiss. Replacing these elastomeric components restores the hermetic seal of the pressure vessel.

Steam Wand Valve Assembly

If the steam is leaking specifically from the tip of the steam wand while the machine is idling, the internal ball valve or its internal gaskets have likely been compromised by scale buildup or mechanical wear. This assembly regulates the flow from the steam boiler to the wand, and a failure in its internal seat prevents a full volumetric shut-off.
