Grinder Impeller (Fan)

The impeller is the primary mechanical sweep for the burr chamber. Over cycles, the plastic fins wear down or become encrusted with oily fines, losing the mechanical advantage required to push coffee through the chute. This leads to particulate backup, which physically stalls the burr rotation and 'chokes' the grinder.

Upper Burr Assembly

The upper burr features an internal adjustment ring that determines the zero-point of the grind. If the internal shim or the burr teeth are fouled or misaligned, the gap becomes too narrow for the motor's torque profile, resulting in a thermal or mechanical stall when attempting to process beans.

Grinder Felt Washer Kit

This washer protects the drive shaft and transmission from coffee dust ingress. Failure of this seal allows fines to migrate into the drive assembly, increasing parasitic drag and causing the motor to reach its current limit (choking) prematurely under normal load.
