Service Repair Kit (O-Rings and Grease)

The pneumatic striking system relies on an airtight seal between the piston and the striker ram to create the pressure needed for hammering. Degradation of the internal O-rings or thickening of the factory lubricant causes air leakage, preventing the striker from reaching the velocities required for concrete impact. This kit restores the pneumatic seal and mechanical lubrication required for the reciprocating action.

SDS-Plus Chuck Repair Kit

The SDS locking mechanism uses a spring-loaded ball bearing system to retain the bit while allowing it to slide during the hammering stroke. If the internal retaining ring or spring fractures, the tool will fail to secure the bit or the bit will fly out during operation. This kit replaces the high-wear components of the tool holder assembly.
