Propane Regulator and Hose Assembly
The regulator is responsible for reducing tank pressure to a usable 11 inches of water column. If the internal diaphragm fails or the internal bypass valve is stuck, it results in improper gas flow velocity, which prevents the venturi effect from drawing in the correct volume of air, leading to a carbon-heavy yellow flame.
