FPV Camera (Caddx Ant / Nebula Nano)
The CMOS sensor or internal processor has likely failed due to impact-induced crystal oscillator displacement. Since the VTX is transmitting a signal (black screen instead of static), the transmitter is functional, but the image source is dead. Replacing the camera restores the raw video feed to the transmission circuit.

Camera Connection Cable / MIPI Ribbon Cable
The thin-gauge wiring harness or digital MIPI ribbon cable is prone to shearing or pin-recession within the JST connectors due to frame vibrations. A break in the signal wire prevents the camera's data from reaching the VTX or FC, resulting in a blank video frame. A new cable restores electrical continuity between the imaging and transmission modules.

F722 2-6S 35A AIO Flight Controller
On analog builds, the integrated MAX7456 OSD chip handles the video pass-through; if this chip fails due to a voltage spike, it will block the camera signal entirely. On digital builds, a failure of the UART port or 5V/9V regulator powering the camera will result in the same black screen. Replacing the AIO board solves failures within the signal processing and power distribution logic.
