X32 Motorized Fader Assembly
The motorized fader uses a DC motor and a toothed belt to translate position data into physical movement. A 'stuck' fader occurs when the nylon drive sprocket on the motor shaft loses its press-fit friction or the belt becomes misaligned, causing mechanical binding. Replacing the modular assembly restores the electromechanical link between the motor and the slider carriage.
