AMS lite Filament Feeder
The internal feeder unit utilizes a dual-gear drive system that can strip filament if downstream resistance is too high, leading to 'filament dust' accumulation inside the housing. This debris creates a high-friction environment that prevents the filament from reaching the secondary drive stage or triggers a false 'failed to feed' error. Replacing the individual feeder unit restores the mechanical integrity of the drive gears and clears the internal path of micro-particulates.
