PolyBrute Ribbon Sensor Assembly
The ribbon controller is a passive resistive strip that detects position via pressure. A dead zone occurs when the internal conductive membrane becomes physically separated or the resistive coating is worn away at a specific point, preventing the voltage divider circuit from completing. Replacing the internal sensor strip restores the continuity of the physical interface.
