LCD Panel Assembly
The internal backlight power delivery cable (FPC) suffers from thermal-electrical fatigue due to the high voltage required to drive the LED array. Heat accumulation at the top edge of the display causes the adhesive-based electrical contacts to degrade, resulting in intermittent signal loss and flickering. Since this cable is non-serviceable and permanently bonded to the glass, the full LCD assembly requires replacement.
