10.1-inch 14K Monochrome LCD Screen

The monochrome LCD acts as the light mask for UV curing; if pixels fail to transition or the panel suffers from delamination due to heat cycles, the print will fail. In the M7 Pro, the 14K resolution increases transistor density, making the panel more susceptible to thermal stress and electronic fatigue over high-hour usage. Replacing the screen restores the mask integrity and UV light transmission path.

LCD Ribbon Cable

The high-bandwidth data required for a 14K display is sensitive to signal noise and physical kinks in the FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit). Mechanical vibration from the Z-axis or heat-induced expansion can cause the contacts to unseat or the trace to fracture. A new cable ensures signal continuity between the mainboard and the high-resolution panel.

Screen Protector (Tempered Glass)

While not an electronic component, resin leaks often bond the VAT FEP film to the screen surface. If 'screen failure' refers to physical damage or optical occlusion from cured resin, a replacement protector is required to maintain the required refractive index and protect the underlying LCD from further chemical contamination.
