Internal Keyboard Palmrest Assembly
The Stealth Mode feature is triggered by a dedicated mechanical switch at the F1 position on the keyboard matrix. A failure in the conductive trace or the tactile dome prevents the Scancode interrupt from being sent to the Keyboard Controller. Replacing the full palmrest assembly ensures the physical circuit for the hotkey is restored and the HID signal can be successfully transmitted to the system software.
